Job Description:

Within Acuris’ Fixed Income division, this role, based in the London office, will be responsible for managing and growing a book of subscribers (Asset Management, Investment Banks, Brokers, Law Firms, Hedge Funds etc.) predominantly based in the UK.

The role will involve establishing relationships with colleagues and users, managing competitive risks to ensure the renewal of existing subscriptions. On top of this you will be responsible for cross selling additional Acuris Fixed Income products and will run the whole 360-degree sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Relationship Management team to ensure existing subscribers derive value from their subscription
  • Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of cross sell leads from prospective subscribers
  • To grow existing business through cross sells and upsells
  • Giving product demonstrations
  • Ensure all existing and potential prospect/client activity is logged in the required CRM tool
  • Hit a monthly KPI’s in accordance with set objectives
  • Represent Acuris at required industry events
  • Work collaboratively with other products within Acuris to optimise revenues for the overall business

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous Business Development, Sales or Account Management experience
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior level executives
  • Ability to report and forecast in a timely and accurate manner
  • An interest in the financial markets and in developing subject matter expertise in leveraged finance and distressed debt
