The journalist-based prospecting tool provides subscribers with proprietary intelligence to propel their business development initiatives.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager for Wealthmonitor you will be responsible for generating new business and account managing a book of existing business within an assigned EMEA territory. This includes sourcing leads, prospecting, cold outreach, managing trials, negotiations and closing new business (full sales cycle), as well as well as day to day account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify target customers, make initial contact, establish relationships and develop the business – managing the full sales cycle from start to finish
  • Present live or remote product demonstrations for prospects
  • Develop and cultivate relationships at the highest levels within existing subscribers and prospects
  • Plan regular business trips to a defined territory
  • Represent Acuris at required industry events
  • Liaise with the Sales and Account Management teams in London and globally
  • Work collaboratively with other products within Acuris to optimize revenues for the overall business
  • Report and forecast in a timely and accurate manner

Skills & Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience
  • Strong interest in the private banking, wealth management and private client industry
  • Previous experience and proven success in sales or client services
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent organisation, multitasking and prioritisation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Highly self-motivated and driven showing an entrepreneurial can-do attitude

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience at an intelligence, information and/or data consultancy provider
