Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Supporting Sales Team via Redmine with questions related to data, coverage, running data test and supporting trials for potential clients. This also includes preparing members of sales team for meetings, but providing information on best profiles, country risks, any legislation changes applicable to particular industries;Data Tests – managing the process of data test between research, special projects team, quality control and IT teams and updating profiles where possible; Management and oversight of bulk data test for existing channel partner clients;Supporting Sales and Relationship managers on sales meetings itself from data research and collection, methodology and coverage information;Supporting Client Care team with existing clients queries on coverage or missing profiles that are being flagged;Working close with Head of Research and participating in research projects and update to maintain researcher status at all times;Work on profile updates for data test, flag data gaps to the relevant team, where applicable work on PEPs updates or specific bulk updates projects;Supporting Customer Success Strategy by supporting definition and optimization of customer journey – assist in the process by providing support in proposals process (supporting RFPs and questionnaires from compliance research information perspective), marketing projects and activities. Provide sample reports, competitors information, country updates and any other information required for marketing activities from data perspective;Supporting Market Planning compliance-related matters for publications and internal use documentation, industry experts, white papers and other written material; Perform all other tasks, assigned by the line manager and according to the employee’s qualification and responsibilities;Responsible for observing the internal labour regulations in adherence to the standards, rules and regulations for healthy and safe working conditions of the company;Inform immediately and support the employer or the functionaries in case of an emergency, which can be dangerous for his health and the health of all the employees.

 

Key Skills, Knowledge and Requirements: 

Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Law, International Relations, Political Science, Risk Management or similar 

 

Competences: Be highly organised and process orientated  Have strong communication skills (written & verbal)Have strong OSINT skills and minimum 3 years research experience Show proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Have extensive KYC, AML topic understanding and desire for further studying and researching the topics Have a passion for Compliance Have customer-centric experience (in professional services or customer success) Have multiple language capabilities
