Freelance journalists

Description

Regulatory news service PaRR is looking for freelance journalists to break news and write analysis on a host of legal and regulatory issues including competition law, data privacy, anti-corruption and cybersecurity. The role involves extensive on the job learning and candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

 Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor news developments
• Break news and write in-depth analysis
• Attend press conferences and industry events

Experience covering legal or policy issues preferred.

The positions are based in Tokyo and Seoul and may require occasional domestic and international travel. Strong English writing skills and working proficiency in Japanese/ Korean are essential.
