Quality Control Analyst with English and Italian or Scandinavian languages

Description

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Deliver post-production quality checks across all range of content sets in the Acuris Risk Intelligence (ARI) database as well as with regards to Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) service;
• Identify deviations from quality standards and help develop solutions to enhance control procedures;
• Ensure that any quality issues are tracked and when required, communicated fully back to all interested parties (management, researchers);
• Pro-actively identify missing data and where gaps or weaknesses are identified, work with different teams in ARI to ensure that appropriate and timely remedial actions are taken;
• Oversee the quality of research feedback to customers’ enquiries received via and Client Care (Relationship Management team) against all data sets.

Competences:

• Highly motivated individual who brings specialist subject knowledge and experience;
• Prior experience of working within a production editorial role is desirable;
• Outstanding proofreading and analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail;
• Soft skills, very good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Comfortable dealing with large volumes of data and meeting tight deadlines;
