MoneyFarm wants to revolutionise the wealth management industry by offering simple, innovative and transparent investment solutions to everyone.


Whilst MoneyFarm is a digital wealth manager, an integral part of our business is our dedicated customer support team. To ensure our investors get the best possible experience, we have a team of consultants who are there to provide information and support on three key areas:



  • Digital wealth management generally - talking clients through the concept and its position in the investment management landscape
  • Our product - providing clients and prospective clients with information on our product and how MoneyFarm differs from peers
  • Investments - explain how our asset allocation and investment teams invest our clients savings and providing updates on our investment views


  • RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Providing the highest level of customer support on the three key areas mentioned above, through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and webchat.
    • Ensuring that clients have a smooth experience when joining the platform and have access to any information they require
    • Helping clients fully understand the services that MoneyFarm provides alongside competing offerings
    • Consistently improving knowledge of MoneyFarm’s platform to support clients and help them navigate the system. 
    • Be a spokesperson for the client by feeding back any comments or concerns to the Head of UKIC or the product and marketing teams
    • Explain our views on market developments and provide updates on individual clients portfolios
    • Document all client contact in our database
    • Work with Head of UKIC to improve and develop processes to improve the client experience
    • Contact potential clients who have signed up in response to marketing

    REQUIREMENTS:


    • 0-1 years working experience in a Financial Services environment.
    • Degree in Business, Economics or Finance
    • Passion for Digital or Financial Technologies
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Ability to pick up and explain technologies/systems quickly.
    • Comfortable in telephone based customer service
    • Willing to study for relevant financial exams

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS


    • Holding or studying for IMC qualification (or equivalent)
    • Able to start immediately
