YOUR ROLE

As part of the marketing team you’ll be responsible for reporting, analyzing, and forecasting our marketing activities and marketing performance.


  • You will own the master models for reporting and forecasting growth and marketing performance by channel and country
  • You will work with performance marketers (search, display, affiliate, etc.) to track the performance of their channels versus targets, make recommendations for channel allocation optimization, and develop specific growth targets by country and channel
  • You will track our high-level budget to ensure we are spending within targets
  • You will develop long-term models to simulate the impact of major new product or marketing initiatives at various steps of the customer funnel
  • You will develop business cases to support new marketing initiatives, providing forecasts and targets to track our activities
  • You will support our data team on selected projects for deeper analysis or the creation of dashboards and automated reporting tools 
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a quantitative discipline from a respected university program
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar highly analytic role in a technology-focused B2C company, management consulting, or investment banking
  • You are a spreadsheet guru, and know the best practices and techniques for developing robust, scalable, and usable quantitative models
  • You are an effective communicator and can distill complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Bonus: You have a base understanding of marketing performance channel/attribution tracking (tag management, attribution models, etc.), plus some knowledge of SQL
  • Fluency in English
