N26 | Banking by Design N26 Bank offers the first bank account in Europe that you can manage entirely on your smartphone. YOUR ROLE

Working with the Director of Employee Experience, you will:

  • Own and manage the Talent program for internships and other related hiring initiatives.
  • Support campus recruiting events working closely with our recruiting partners and hiring teams.
  • Assist and liaise with hiring managers to guide them through the hiring process from setting up the roles in our applicant tracking system to coordinating the final offer.
  • Organise Internship program events such as talks and events with business leaders and mentoring opportunities.
  • Promote the internship program internally to increase awareness and partner with our employer branding team to reach a wider external audience.
  • Create and maintain all internal documentation making this simple, accessible and intuitive to use.
  • Track and assess the ongoing success of the program gathering feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Troubleshoot problems with systems or processes where necessary.

    As a Business Development Intern you will work closely with the International Markets or Operations team to support the discovery, definition and development of operations or new & existing markets at N26. You will:

  • Gain valuable insights into the organizational development and strategic direction of N26, in particular with regard to developing existing markets and preparing new market entries
  • Conduct and support market, competitor and user research
  • Work with cross-department stakeholders and actively engage in strategic discussions
  • Conceptualize and execute go-to-market strategies and develop initiatives to drive growth and user adoption

  • YOUR PROFILE

  • You have graduated or will graduate from a top tier university with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field

  • You have ideally already gained first experience in a startup, product management, consulting firm or in investment banking

  • Responsible for all French related Compliance/AML topics, e.g.carrying out French Compliance and AML guidelines and analysis
  • Implementation and improvement of local characteristics
  • Handling relationship with French regulatory authorities

  • Development and implementation of offline campaigns + major comprehensive/ “360 degree” brand campaigns: creative agency management, media planning and buying/media agency management, internal cross-channel coordination
  • Responsibility and authority for a significant budget to support creative development and media execution for brand-building initiatives
  • Brand strategy/ brand consistency/ brand guidelines: establish clear POV for our brand messaging, working with design, product, and CMO. Ensure that consistency is maintained through all our touchpoints and across all departments
  • Social media and content marketing: lead these teams to create compelling visual and copy-focused content to drive organic growth and position N26 as a leading financial resource
  • Partner cooperations: work with our business development team to identify, negotiate and bring to market exciting partnerships that enhance our brand and bring value to our users, ultimately driving growth, retention, and loyalty among our customers. Serve as primary creative and executional marketing contact with partners and primary marketing point of contact with our business development team.
  • Content oversight for website, newsletters, blog, and all company collateral, leading and expanding an experienced copywriting team.
  • Support performance marketers and with compelling copy and positioning to improve our performance marketing initiatives
  • Responsibility for amplifying our employee branding initiatives, working closely with the HR/recruiting teams
  • Localization: Ensure best practices and smooth workflow for translations/localization into our 5 supported languages. Serve as ultimate quality control for compelling, consistent, on-brand copy in each supported language.

    YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred)
  • At least 10 years of progressive marketing/creative/content responsibility, including a mixture of time in agencies and in client positions.
  • Experience managing and developing a sizeable team.
  • Strong negotiator with experience partnering with other companies to create win/win marketing/brand solutions.
  • Experience planning and buying media for a small company/startup.
  • Creative mindset, a big thinker, with a propensity for strong tactical execution.
  • Fluency in English plus strong command of German is a big plus.
