YOUR PROFILE

• Outstanding analytics skills
• Deep understanding of SQL for analytics
• Proven experience with Python as a data analytics language
• Experience with statistical methods is a big plus
• You are creative, organized, self-motivated and a strong communicator
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

YOUR ROLE

• You will work across all our Operations teams, providing data analysis helping us build a bank the world loves to use.
• Your will work on a wide range of operational topics ranging from payments monitoring and card delivery to customer service and fraud detection.
• You will develop self-driven analyses on operational processes and customer experience, enabling managers to quickly identify irregularities and make informed decisions on how best to resolve them.
• Your analysis will lead to actionable insights, meaningful KPIs and dashboards tracking our everyday performance.
• You will collaborate with Operations managers to gain a deeper understanding of our partners’ products and ensure that SLAs are in line with defined targets.
• You will work closely with data scientists and data engineers to design and maintain scalable data models and pipelines.
• You will help foster a data-driven mindset across the Operations organisation, ensuring that data is at the heart of every decision we make.
