As our Reward Partner, you play a critical role in the successful and healthy growth of our organization.


In this role, you will


  • partner with our Chief People Officer to define our reward strategy, ensuring our overall approach fits with the needs of our organization and aligns with our business strategy.
  • build out, manage and evolve career and pay frameworks in line with our organizational growth.
  • initiate and drive innovative and engaging reward programs that attract talent and drive high performance.
  • review our reward programs on an ongoing basis to see how well they align with our company challenges, like talent shortages, competitive challenges, and employee retention concerns.
  • build processes and manage our external service partners, such as benefits providers and payroll.
