Production Planning Manager

As Production Planning Manager, you are responsible for managing purchase orders, planning & logistic in production with our manufacturing partners for the next-level of On’s products, and contributing in lead time reduction program, As an important member of Supply Chain team, you will be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City as mission assigned with frequent travel within Asia.

• Work with our project team to set up OSCA (order management system) with our manufacturing partners and to ensure the result of implementation.
• Manage purchase orders with our manufacturing partners to ensure on time order confirmation and on time deliveries.
• Map and optimize order management flow to improve operation and communication efficiency.
• Manage price referencing to ensure correct pricing in the system.
• Manage capacity booking and planning, anticipate potential production bottlenecks.
• Manage component stocks with accuracy for CPP (material buy in advance) program.
• Manage container loading and booking with our manufacturing partners.
• Work with our project team to optimize packing & container loading, in order to improve management efficiency in our warehouses.
• Work with our project team to design and implement our future short lead time program

• Several years of experience in footwear production planning.
• Highly attentive to detail, function and quality
• Able to balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast-paced environment
• Able to travel on a regular basis between HQ in Switzerland and On’s production and manufacturing partners in Vietnam and China
• Fluency in English
