The right person to drive this development understands how to sell-in and sell-through various products related to our business section "Performance All Day". You will be working with Sales, Marketing and Design teams to help grow this young, but already successful piece of the business for On.
Your Mission:
Launch and grow the On Lifestyle offer in the UK in line with our premium strategy
Daily sales analytics of identified accounts to increase sell-in and sell-out
Preparing and deliver sales presentations using On material and data in a meaningful and strategic manner to your customer base
Lead person for all On company internal strategic discussions with identified PAD Accounts working to our global key account plan
Working cross functionally with other On teams to ensure deadlines are met and our promise of ease of doing is met
Lead person for maintaining all sales related budgets with identified Lifestyle accounts
A graduate with 3 years of more experience in the (Sports) Lifestyle Industry
Good relationships with Sneaker stores and high end fashion stores in key cities in the UK and Ireland
You relish the challenge of developing business with the existing customer base as well as creating new opportunities for growth
You are self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively unsupervised as well as being able to collaborate and contribute positively to the UK Team when required
You enjoy connecting with customers to present our products, technology and philosophy in an inspiring way and are confident presenting to a group
Good Excel skills, good communication skills both written and verbal in English
