Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping On’s people agenda through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering people processes. 

• You will support global recruiting efforts and take full ownership for specific vacancies
• You will partner with hiring managers in order to find the best approach to finding the right candidates
• You will be the face of On to our candidates and engage with them throughout the entire recruitment process (approach, scheduling, assessments, offer and negotiation)
• You will actively -and creatively- source potential candidates through a variety of channels

• 5+ years of experience in Recruiting, preferably in an international, fast paced environment
• A team player with an entrepreneur mind-set that thrives when being challenged
• A can-do attitude and an innovative way of solving problems
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with people
