The Opportunity


Our Global Talent (HR) team is expanding with the huge growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team based in our PDX headquarters! You will have the opportunity to help shape On’s people agenda through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering people processes.


Responsibilities


  • Leads recruitment and interview process including screening incoming resumes and making recommendations to hiring managers on qualified applicants.
  • Tracks status of candidates in ATS and responds to candidates in a timely manner.
  • Schedules meetings, interviews, prepares offers and conducts reference checks.
  • Stays updated on current and best recruiting processes and employment law.
  • Acts as the face of On to our candidates and engage with them throughout the entire recruitment process (approach, scheduling, assessments, offer and negotiation)
  • Sources potential candidates actively and creatively through a variety of channels
  • Participates in employer branding initiatives and work in Ad-hoc Talent projects such as assisting with the Performance Review process, Learning and Development initiatives, HRIS data maintenance, Benefits Administration and more.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field preferred.
  •  years' experience in a recruiting role. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience supporting large volumes of Talent-related tasks including recruiting, interviewing and project support.
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when challenged.
  • A can-do attitude with an innovative approach when overcoming obstacles.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully and confidentially process sensitive information.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
