Group: Business Operations | Function: Internal Communications

This role will direct, produce and edit internal and external facing video content for Onfido.

Content will range from external marketing videos (to attract clients, candidates and investors to Onfido) to internal team videos (to record events and produce educational content).

To achieve this you’ll:

• Direct: we need someone to storyboard, and screenwrite our content, as well as working with teams and customers during filming.
• Produce: we need someone to film the content, managing the set and A/V throughout.
• Edit: we need someone to edit content into a digestible format before publishing on internal and external channels

Requirements

What we're hoping to see highlighted on your CV and application:

Essential:

• People skills – You will be working with many stakeholders and the ability to build strong working relationships is key to this role.
• Storytelling and writing skills - the proven ability to distill complicated concepts and detail into digestible and engaging formats for a variety of different audiences.
• Videography skills – Good knowledge of all aspects of video production is required for this role.
• Producer skills – Be the calming influence and the person that has all the answers, especially on set.
• The ability to self-shoot and edit, but also to lead a full AV crew, internally or externally, to edit and producing professional content for business use.
• The proven ability to create high-quality video content to a tight deadline.
• The proven ability to work with different teams across different time-zones, including onshore and offshore teams.

The interview process will involve:
