Regional Marketing Manager - UK Spain & Nordics (m/f/d)

Description

Build up and grow our regional marketing to generate valuable leads in UKI, Spain & Nordics to support Personio becoming the leading cloud-based HR Management, Recruiting and Payroll software for SMEs in Europe. This will be the first hire for this role and an opportunity to build the blueprint for Personio’s Regional Marketing.

You will work closely with regional sales and be part of the Global Marketing Team in Munich, that will support you with central marketing services like website, content & performance marketing.

• Define a marketing plan for Personio’s market entry and test different channels to generate early traction

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities in the region to create awareness and generate leads

• Plan and execute a range of events including in-house events and 3rd party conferences,

• Develop market intelligence by conducting research on market, competition and customers

• Reporting on KPIs for all of the marketing activities in your region

• Plan and manage the budget for the region

• You have 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing with a strong international background in SaaS or at a forward-thinking technology firm

• You have a proven track record in generating leads

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to get things done. You are driven by impact and want to be measured by results

• You are highly motivated and willing to learn

• You are not afraid to make mistakes: You fail fast but you learn from them

• You are fluent in English and German
