At Personio you will have a direct impact on our product, our users, our organization, and our engineering practices.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and User Researchers to deliver a high-quality user experience
Being a crucial part of our product development process from concept to delivery
Creating concepts, prototypes, and mockups to validate and test new features
Delivering UI designs that are aesthetically pleasing and easy to use
Delivering project specifications and support the implementation

Your way until today:

You hold a degree in a Design field, or can show equivalent work experience
You have a portfolio that demonstrates your experience designing web-based applications, ideally in SaaS
You have a solid understanding of UX design methodologies
You have an in-depth understanding of modern UI Patterns
You are a team player! You appreciate feedback and thrive in collaborative environments
Your strength is an entrepreneurial mentality with strong detail orientation
You have excellent communication skills
You are business-fluent in written and spoken English
