Where else do you have the opportunity to really help shaping a product?We are looking for a Team Lead Office Management (m/f/d) in our office in Munich as soon as possible. You are the heart of our company and make our offices a place where all employees feel comfortable and can work efficiently.These tasks await you in detail:

You manage our international office management team and are responsible for expanding the team at our offices in Munich, Madrid, London and Dublin
Your tasks are diverse, but in particular you and your team are responsible for the equipment, cleanliness and security of our offices, mail and logistics, the reception area, our Unu vehicle fleet, as well as the planning and organization of office events
You also support the opening of new personio offices as part of our expansion in Europe and the development of our existing locations
You establish coherent processes and standards and manage local service providers to ensure that our employees will find an exceptional workplace in all our offices
"We can do it" - you encourage your team members to take on challenges and overcome them together, no matter what is coming
You report directly to our Chief People Officer and work closely with various departments, especially with the People & Organization Team, the Finance Team and our management

What you need to succeed:

You have a completed education, preferably in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector, as well as first experience in leading a team
You have several years of experience in office management, ideally in a fast growing and international environment
You have a dedicated service orientation and inspire your colleagues with your warmth and communication
You are an organizational talent and approach problems proactively and creatively
You can be 100% relied on, you work in a structured and conscientious manner
You enjoy a variety of tasks and are happy to provide support where help is needed
Communication in German and English - no problem for you
