About the position
You will be a member of our People (Operations) team. Our team’s focus is on offering a top-notch employee experience: a flawless onboarding, smooth monthly payroll, attractive employee perks, and benefits & engaging story. As the People Operations team, we make sure that a Showpad employee should never lose any sleep over any HR matter.
You will be assisting our People Operations team in varying projects (comp & ben documentation, keeping our intranet up to date, data preparation,...) depending on your profile and interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad hoc projects and tasks to support the Operations team, including:
- Develop Compensation & Benefits information materials;
- HR process review & optimization;
- Support HR communications;
- Support organizing company events, such as culture, diversity & inclusion activities;
- Support Compensation Benchmarking exercise;
- Support HRIS testing activities;
- Update internal database with employee information;
- Support People Ops team members in payroll, benefits & on/offboarding tasks
- Make sure our employee files are up to date
Skills and qualifications we are looking for
- Student in an HR-related field
- Team player with a high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to handle confidential information maturely
Previous experience in an HR team is a plus but not a must.
