About the position As a Showpad Professional Services Consultant, you will join a team of Showpad experts who specialize in partnering with our customers and internal teams to launch our product. You will help ensure our customers see time to value with our product in weeks, drive adoption, and apply best practices. You will exercise change management practices to frame your work and tailor what we have learned working with 1000+ customers.
Key responsibilities as a Professional Services Consultant
- Become an expert in our Showpad platform
- Create Showpad launch project plans for customers
- Project manage customer launches
- Translate technical features into value drivers for the customer
- Configure, implement and troubleshoot application integrations
- Facilitate workshops with our customers (both enterprise and SMB) on launch best practices
- Understand and interpret customer vision
Skills we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience launching a SaaS solution to B2B customers, or similar experience
- 1+ years of experience with direct customer communication (f2f, video and/or phone)
- Strong project management, excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and risk management skills
- Knowledge of SSO setup & implementation
- Technically inclined and enjoys understanding how software works under the covers
- Enjoys becoming the functional expert of software developing the ability to guide customers on how to setup and configure the software to accomplish their business needs
- Ability to lead simultaneous initiatives in an entrepreneurial culture
- Ideally, experience delivering webinars
- Comfortable challenging customer ideas/opinions
- Experience working and communicating with senior leadership roles
- Background in enterprise software delivery
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Compassion for our customers as they learn a new technology
