We’re looking for two dynamic and ambitious Business Data Analysts to join our fast-growing London Business Operations team. No two consecutive days at Stuart are alike, but generally your missions will be to create data-driven models to improve our operational processes and manipulate data to help decision making.
Responsibilities
- Design, run and maintain data-heavy processes and analyses which are critical for the Operations team to assess and improve client and courier performance, activity, pay, quality of service etc…
- Optimize these processes: identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Design, own and run service quality improvement projects in coordination with Product, Engineering and Operations teams
- Own and improve communication of client experience metrics to the wider UK team
Requirements
- Academic background in Computer Science, Physics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience of Excel and SQL, and good exposure to Python
- You know how to get meaningful information out of large sets of data and can communicate your findings in a clear and concise way
- Ability to rapidly identify opportunities for improvement and provide creative solutions
- Highly energetic, self-motivated and results-driven person
- Hustle: you’re fearless about doing whatever it takes to get the job done, even if it means making mistakes along the way
- Fluent English speaker
