We are looking for a strategic and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our London team and report directly to the Head of Account Management. You’ll own relationships within our growing portfolio of clients (including some of the world’s top brands) and help deliver the expected revenue and gross margin targets within this portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Educate and engage our top tier accounts in your assigned verticals
- Maximise adoption of Stuart by setting revenue and profit targets for each account
- Build deep and ongoing relationships with senior decision makers to up-sell Stuart services and grow their usage (Head of Operations, E-commerce, Logistics)
- Identify churn risks within the portfolio - engage and work with clients to solve their issues and provide confidence in the Stuart platform.
- Attend client events and other goodwill building strategies alongside the Marketing Manager
- Understand client potential to forecast and then achieve quarterly delivery targets
- Assist on cross-functional projects alongside the Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Product, Finance teams
Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant experience in client-interface roles or operations - maybe you come from a high-growth start-up, a dynamic retailer or even a carrier.
- Industry expertise in the Retail, Professional services or Grocery space is preferred - you’ll need to become an expert in your client industries so a head start in one of them would be useful.
- Great interpersonal skills - building relationships comes naturally to you. You’ll be working with top level execs right through to the people who make it happen.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills. You’ll be comfortable using data and insights to solve problems and identify opportunities
- Positive outlook - definitely a glass half full person able to find the positive angle in any situation.
- Be a good team player that will enjoy pitching in to help everyone succeed
