We are looking for an Operations Executive for Madrid in our Spanish team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that we have the right amount of the right type of couriers across and that they are performing as well as possible. Additionally, you should be continually looking for ways in which Stuart can improve and so you will be expected to devise, create and implement improvements to our existing processes.
What you will do?
- Own day to day operations in Madrid
- Oversee launch of Stuart’s services in other areas
- Use data to identify opportunities for improving quality of service
- Identify and implement sourcing and onboarding strategies for new couriers
- Oversee courier onboarding sessions
- Work with Ops peers and other departments to optimise our sourcing and onboarding strategy
- Learn current processes fast and apply smart improvements
- Use data to explore and identify areas for improvement, devise solutions and implement improvement projects with the appropriate members from other teams (commercial, tech, product)
- Manage the fleets within your city to ensure only the best couriers work on our platform
Requirements
- 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, operations or logistics sector
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, Statistics, etc. )
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and fluency in English
- You are extremely keen to learn
- You are thorough and attentive to detail
- Being especially energetic with a strong history of results
- You have proven problem solving skills and are proficient with Excel/Google sheet
- You are able to work autonomously, and take charge of projects from A to Z
- Being able to analyze a situation and propose solutions
- Stuart has a fast paced environment and so you must be able to think on your feet and act quickly!
