What you’ll do

As a Product Manager joining our team, you will be responsible for building the most optimal & delightful experience for our drivers. Drivers are a fundamental part of Stuart's ecosystem, and their in-app experience is essential to their overall experience on the platform. From building a perfect job invitation to gamifying the reward system or improving contact with support, you will be shaping our driver app's future, striving to provide the best experience and with the overall goal to be the best platform for the best couriers. You will be leading projects and implementing features that will have a substantial impact on several departments of the company, and influencing the daily life of thousands of couriers.

You will focus on improving acquisition, activation and retention of drivers on the Stuart Platform.

As the leader of one of our product squads, you will collaborate closely with our world-class teams of designers, engineers, data scientists and other cross-functional team members to craft the future of our platform.

• Define and develop your squad’s product roadmap following Stuart’s mission.
• Own the short, medium and long-term vision and execution for your product squad.
• Create functional specifications, coordinate development activities and share the progress of your team with the entire company.
• Analyze and document user feedback, usage insights, market trends & benchmark competitors in order to build a roadmap and define priorities with your team.
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
• Track feature success through clearly defined metrics.

Requirements

Who you are

• You have 3+ years of experience in mobile product management.
• You demonstrate a technical depth that lets you understand, earn the respect and challenge our team of elite engineers.
• You are passionate about Product Design and familiar with design team workflows.
• You know how to lead an interview with a real user, in the street if needed.
• You have experience managing the day to day life of a multidisciplinary squad.
• You are a natural leader and understand the importance of great communication skills.
• You have a confirmed experience building product roadmaps collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• You have a data-informed approach to problem understanding and solving.
• You demonstrate excellent organisational skills and experience in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
• You are able to dive into big projects and handle them from start to finish.
• You are an amazing teammate and always respectfully consider the viewpoints and ideas of other people.
• You are rigorous with phenomenal attention to detail.
• You are open to occasional travel (Flying to Barcelona or London is always nice).
• You are an excellent communicator in English.
• You demonstrate strong initiative and enthusiasm.
• You think that empathy is probably the most important skill for a product manager.
• Bonus : You have a track record of building successful B2C products.
