Description

Subito is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and contribute in expanding and activating our user base. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams within Schibsted Italy and you will share best practices with your colleagues abroad; you will manage external vendors and agencies in order to ensure performance and deliver results.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

Contributing to the definition of our digital strategy in order to meet our company objectives

developing and executing digital campaigns to acquire new users, improve retention and activation on the website

achieving campaign efficiency through media optimizations and creative&audience tests

Identify new digital channels and touchpoints and develop a test & learn approach

supporting other teams and brands within Schibsted Italy in executing their digital strategy

coordinating our external agencies and partners in order to create, manage and optimize campaigns and track results

adjusting budget allocation according to results and business objectives

Background:

Degree in Economics, Communications, Engineering and Marketing

At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing with focus on customer engagement and acquisition
