What you will do
Project Management of international expansion activities coordinating different functional stakeholders at the HQ and local level;
Build, scale, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models aiming to assist expansion efforts and make data driven decisions;
Facilitate execution through cross-functional tasks and projects ranging from Data Analytics, Product, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Operations to successfully complete international projects;
Market entry analysis and corporate development opportunities;
Support in recruiting and training local teams to pave the road to success and lead by example by being incredibly truth seeking and setting the high standards;
What we offer

Master of science in a technical or quantitative discipline (i.e. business, economics, engineering etc);
1-3 years of VC, startup or related experience, consulting, investment banking;
Fluent in english;
Quick learning ability, outstanding analytical skills and structured way of thinking, attention to details;
Passionate for providing excellent research and recommendations and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written;
Able to handle uncertainty and simplify complexity;
Ability to work with remote teams through clear and concise communication;
Be an owner mindset: you are committed to growing S24 in every new cities and digging deep to solve bottlenecks;
Very good knowledge of excel and power point. SQL is a plus;
