We are a fast growing FinTech company with an international team of 90 employees, great product (providing web & mobile experience) and a service available in 47 countries.
At the moment we are looking for a highly motivated and bright Russian speaker to join our wonderful Customer Care team in Vilnius, Lithuania. If you are a dynamic problem solver who enjoys helping others and is keen on moving to Vilnius, you should apply now.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure excellent customer experience;
- Deal effectively with inbound and outbound phone calls;
- Deal effectively with emails, live chat and offline tasks;
- Communicate with customers regarding additional documents;
- Adhere to compliance requirements;
