Trustpilot, the Global leading Consumer Review Platform, is looking for an Operations Intern and strong data “athlete” to join our New York office!  We believe that hiring the best talent is core to our success, and this pivotal role will be instrumental to that mission.  Also, please be ready to have fun, be creative and work hard!  This role will set the foundation for a Sales Enablement team here at Trustpilot.

At Trustpilot you will:

• Work closely with Customer Success and Commercial Operations teams to help define our new customer service strategy
• Support strategy development through rigorous data analysis in Excel
• Learn about customer segmentation
• Become an expert in Totango customer success software

Qualifications:

• Actively pursuing a college Degree
• Analytical mindset, passionate working with data, and advanced Excel skills
• Detail oriented and very structured
• Excellent communication skills
• At your best when you're working in a fast-paced environment and proud of the work you do
