As our DACH Quality & Compliance (“Q&C”) Agent you will be responsible for supporting our DACH community and enforcing our guidelines and defend and protect our brand. You will work closely together with the Q&C agents based in Copenhagen and you will also have a close relationship with the Global Q&C Teams. You will be based in our Copenhagen office and will be reporting to the Q&C Manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Working independently with daily communication and support from our compliance teams.
  • Solving any issue regarding reported reviews in the DACH markets and ensuring that the reviews on our site comply with our guidelines.
  • Taking co-ownership of the market with other agents and helping with escalated cases either in writing or on the phone.
  • Daily collaboration with other offices (agents and managers) to solving any issues regarding reported reviews in the DACH markets.
  • Handling other market tasks, including assessing template invitations and assessing whether companies comply with our guidelines.
  • Helping build Trust & Transparency in your market through educating both users and companies on how Trustpilot operates including our Guidelines and processes.
  • Assist Customer Success, Support, Sales and the Communications team with compliance issues on the DACH market.
  • Being a Trust Ambassador by nurturing relationships with colleagues in other departments, and assisting projects aimed at increasing trust and transparency.
  • Helping improve and maintain our model answers and compliance-related content for communicating with our community.
  • As needed, helping other team members handle cases in different markets.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent written language skills in German.
  • Minimum of 2 year compliance or similar experience.
  • Good understanding of Quality & Compliance operations & processes.
  • Excellent written communication skills, and an ability to understand the nuances of communicating with DACH businesses & consumers.

    Accounting & Tax is a shared service center function for the 6 group companies (DK, UK, DE, US, LT and AU). While most of the team is based in Copenhagen we have a close collaboration with employees and managers across the 7 offices globally and especially with team FP&A and the CFO who is situated in New York.

    As our Accounting Manager, you will be the lead of the Accounts Payable/Accounting team which today consists of 6 members of different nationalities all with high spirit and who know how to have a lot of fun and still maintain the high quality and get the work done.

    Your role

    In the role as Accounting Manager you will be based in Copenhagen and work closely with your peers and the VP of Accounting & Tax department. You will have the responsibility of the AP/GL accounting team with focus on month end close, accounting, accounting policies, principles and methods to make sure that the TP are compliant with local GAAP/IFRS.

    In this position you’ll have 2 direct reports and 4 indirect reports and the position requires hands-on leadership and cross-functional teamwork skills. It also requires coordination and communication skills to ensure alignment with the key stakeholders within the business, IT, Legal, Facilities, Accounts Receivable, FP&A and the finance management team.

    As our Fraud Investigator you will be based in Copenhagen. Your tasks will include:

  • Perform daily fraud detection activities
  • Identify patterns of fraudulent behaviour on our review platform and new areas of investigation
  • Contribute actively to the development of our fraud detection tools and processes that help us maintain and improve scalable and efficient fraud detection measures
  • Act as go-to person for other departments when there is evidence of fraudulent behavior of users or companies, such as online requests for or offerings of fabricating reviews on Trustpilot
