To support Trustpilot’s rapid expansion, we’re looking for a talented Office Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. The role is a fixed term maternity cover.


As our Office Manager, your mission is to ensure that both the Trustpilot employees and guests are faced with professionalism in the day-to-day operations at our headquarter office in Copenhagen. We are looking for a highly organized, motivated professional who is experienced with the challenge of building structure and creating a smooth functioning office environment for an extremely high paced organization.Role and responsibilities


  • Day to day management of the Copenhagen office (reception and canteen)
  • Daily tasks include: office upkeep, contact to service providers (catering, cleaners, craftsmen, suppliers), welcoming guests, as well as event coordination
  • Negotiating contracts with our service providers
  • Budget handling for Office and for events
  • Handle sickness for both reception and canteen
  • Support to our other offices
  • Administrative ad hoc tasks

Your Profile 


  • Minimum 5 year experience from a similar role, possibly combined with experience from hotel, event, conference, facility or store management
  • Strong planning skills and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experienced with managing and scheduling of office services
  • Experienced and motivating people manager
  • Self-driven with a service-oriented “can do attitude”
  • Have an eye for detail and ‘the smart solution’ to day-to-day challenges
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English and working proficiency in Danish
