To support Trustpilot’s rapid expansion, we’re looking for a talented Commercial Operations Manager to join our team in London.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to set a fingerprint in building the processes and helping optimize the New Business department to make it more efficient and scalable.

In your role, you will:

• Partner with the Sales department to implement new and improved processes
• Own key weekly, monthly, quarterly operational processes, such as base renewal reporting, Forecasting and commissions preparation
• Create and own robust reports & dashboards that measure and track company KPIs and European Sales metrics
• Report on results, analyze trends and suggest improvements along with maintaining and develop the Sales dashboard and standard reports
• Partner with global operations leads and Sales management to implement new & improved processes and build out support infrastructure
• Own, manage and implement local projects to support the Sales business objectives including systems & tools and process & policy improvements
• Support Sales Team on systems & tool issue resolution 
• Assist with the maintenance of accurate data within Salesforce for the European sales portfolio of accounts and drive the governance of the Sales Team with regards to timeliness and accuracy of updates.

We are looking for people with:

• The ability to thrive working in a sales environment
• An interest in working collaboratively with various department across the organization
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales operations or commercial operations role
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Experience of the Google suite and excel
• An ability to prioritise workload and meet targets set by others
• A team-orientated mindset
• Experience with Zuora is an advantage

We are:

The Commercial Operations Team is Trustpilot’s engine room, engaging with most of the departments in the company to ensure consistent and efficient processes. The department currently consists of 10 employees across our Copenhagen, London and New York City offices. You will be reporting into the Commercial Operations Director who is based in our Copenhagen office.
