The Technical Account Manager works closely with the sales team to help close deals, qualify trials and offer advice or solutions to prospects from a technical standpoint. This may be a mixture of phone and video calls and off-site meetings. 

Another area of this role will be to support the use of customer trials of the B2B platform. This is a big focus for the foreseeable future and a great way of having short-term success prove long-term ROI’s for prospects.

• Working closely with the New Biz team on proposals and pitches for business.
• Attending meetings with BDM’s and acting as the technical expert for Trustpilot
• Putting together business cases with the New Biz team to support their proposals and demos
• Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
• Ensuring that the Trustpilot’s product and services can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
• Working closely with prospects to understand and capture their requirements.
• Liaising with different departments to ensure the correct information and proposals are received for the sales teams. 
• Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the New Biz team.
• Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation as well as the CSM Team
• Setup and run the trials for our Sales teams - this will be a large part of the role
• Educate members of the New Biz teams on how to correctly qualify a trial of the TP platform
• Updating trial Ops daily in Salesforce for transparency with the rest of the business.
• Educate members of the New Biz teams on how to correctly qualify a trial of the TP platform

• Two years experience in a similar technical role 
• A good understanding of e-commerce, social media, and SEO, ideally from a company working with SAAS or E-commerce
• Experience using Salesforce
• Have a good understanding of HTML, JavaScript
• Technical support and troubleshooting experience
• A doer, who takes pride in providing a high level of service and delivering a consistent performance
• Ability to work in a team selling environment. You must enjoy working in a thriving environment and have a passion for supporting sales.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a passion and commitment to success
• Experience and understanding of REST API or similar
