As an HR Administrator you will have the opportunity to gain a broad spectrum of HR knowledge, help develop a best-in-class employee experience, and take on full ownership of a wide range of responsibilities.


What you will be doing:
  • Be responsible for up-to-date employee data throughout the employee life-cycle.
  • Take responsibility for our employee onboarding process from visa applications to housing assistance.
  • Process monthly payroll with the help of external tax advisors.
  • Drive HR reporting and key statistics.
  • Help implementing tools to improve the administration of HR data.
  • Initiate process improvements across HR.
  • Support HR projects like compensation and benefits, learning and development, and more!

What you bring:
  • You have 1+ years of experience in HR related tasks and processes.
  • You have a basic understanding of German employment law and regulations. A big plus: Knowledge of visa and tax regulations.
  • You adopt a customer-oriented mentality when supporting internal clients.
  • Native German and excellent English language skills are needed.
