As an HR Administrator you will have the opportunity to gain a broad spectrum of HR knowledge, help develop a best-in-class employee experience, and take on full ownership of a wide range of responsibilities.
What you will be doing:
- Be responsible for up-to-date employee data throughout the employee life-cycle.
- Take responsibility for our employee onboarding process from visa applications to housing assistance.
- Process monthly payroll with the help of external tax advisors.
- Drive HR reporting and key statistics.
- Help implementing tools to improve the administration of HR data.
- Initiate process improvements across HR.
- Support HR projects like compensation and benefits, learning and development, and more!
What you bring:
- You have 1+ years of experience in HR related tasks and processes.
- You have a basic understanding of German employment law and regulations. A big plus: Knowledge of visa and tax regulations.
- You adopt a customer-oriented mentality when supporting internal clients.
- Native German and excellent English language skills are needed.
