About the role
- Balance intricate and detailed Hidden Object scenes and story in Unity
- Design and prototype Hidden Object style narrative puzzles
- Coordinate seasonal decoration content and balancing
- Research the mobile game market and our competitors' titles
- Work closely with various disciplines, such as:
- our Art team - to provide feedback on scene composition
- our Writing team - to bring the game’s story to life
- our Quality Assurance team - to provide the highest quality for our players
- our Live Ops team - to create the most exciting decorations for our players
- our Feature designers - to content support new feature development
- You have relevant mobile game and live-ops experience, and you are familiar the process behind delivering regular in-game content
- You have experience working with content pipelines
- You understand how player experiences are shaped by gameplay content
- You know the importance of iterating tasks in the Live Ops scene, recognizing the contribution they have to the overall success of the game
- You have experience coordinating communication across a multidisciplinary team, maximizing their efforts for the best result
- You have basic knowledge of composition and scenes to provide feedback to artists
- You can communicate thoughtfully and are willing to accept and provide constructive criticism
