We're on the lookout for a savvy Senior/Lead Feature Producer for our genre-leading Hidden Object Game, June’s Journey. - Lead operational success for one of June’s Journey’s Feature teams.
- Cultivate team engagement, well-being, and stability.
- Drive development alongside cross-functional teams.
- Enhance processes to foster innovation and deliver exceptional player experiences.
- Define project deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to A/B testing to launch, actively contributing to tasks.
- Ensure timely, quality releases and maintain effective communication.
- Depending on your profile & experience this role might include leadership of the feature production team & people management responsibilities.
- Skilled in stakeholder relationship management.
- Proficient in agile game development.
- Extensive games industry experience.
- Energetic (lateral) leader guiding and mentoring feature teams.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven decision-maker.
- Impeccable prioritization and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator and motivator.
- Experience in game development disciplines such as engineering, QA, Game Design, etc.
- Familiarity with free-to-play mobile game KPIs.
- People management skills.
- Change management track record.
