In this newly created position, you will be an innovative team player who provides expertise and leadership in our Operations and Total Rewards. Leveraging a small team, technical solutions and your own problem-solving ability you will have a meaningful difference in retaining and hiring talent. Some of your responsibilities include:
Operations & HRIS
- You will be the first person our employees look for when they have HR related questions. By providing an empathic and considerate approach you will make sure all our employees feel supported.
- You will be a close partner to our Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance and Leadership team in a number of areas.
- Leveraging your past experience and strong work ethic you will ensure our HR Operations data, process and tools are thorough, efficient and up to the high standards, we pride ourselves on as an HR team.
- You will be the owner of our compliance by monitoring and executing against changes in legislation and market updates.
- Work with Head of HR and Talent Acquisition to develop and improve our reporting, covering Headcount reporting, HR Analytics, Budget Mgt, Diversity and more.
Compensation & Benefits
- In our mission to become a Top Employer of choice and supporting our current employees, you will be responsible for developing effective and compelling compensation and benefit communication strategies, tools and processes to optimize the perceived value of total rewards.
- You will lead the design, delivery, and administration of all compensation and benefits programs and processes including the bi-annual review process, incentives, ESOP grants and benefits offerings and renewals.
- You will provide consultation to members of leadership and HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition colleagues on market practices and provide recommendations for changes and enhancements to plans.
- You will perform job evaluations for new, existing, or re-defined jobs to determine pay range eligibility.
- Proven experience in HR Operations including German labor law, auditing, documentation, and SLAs.
- Knowledge and expertise of benefits and compensation including pay reviews, benefits etc.
- Customer-Centric attitude and natural empathy and desire to support diverse international individuals.
- Deep knowledge and passion for effective HR Systems e.g Bamboo, Peakon, Greenhouse
- Proven ability to influence decision-making through detailed analysis, innovative recommendations and demonstration of expertise
- Ability to look at things from a strategic lens and the ability to translate them to HR processes and positive business impact
- Get things done attitude, you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty to deliver great work
- Strong communication and relationship building skills to influence change and decision-making
- Data-informed mindset, who understands the value of reporting. You also know how to pivot and v-lookup.
- Native German and excellent English language skills are needed
