JOB MISSION

The mission is to guarantee the International Education organization efficacy and a great experience during international training and brand events. Ensure the quality and effectiveness of selected communication projects.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational Support to the Education Department for the Organization and the Education Events management
• Coordination of international trainers’ schedules and logistics
• Primary contact person for guests and visits to the Davines Village for Education events and activities
• Collaboration with Education Team on creation of materials, educational videos and necessary tools
• Back office administrative functions (processing payments, printing training materials).
• Support to the Communication Director and the Brand Communication for special communication projects and events.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Have a high level of independence and proactive mindset;
• Be able to manage a range of simultaneous activities in a dynamic environment, working with deadlines and on multiple tasks;
• Be a great team-player;
• Have a strong problem solving attitude and with a flexible outlook
• Fluent in English and Italian.
