JOB SCOPE

The mission of this role will be to guarantee the excellence of products, through the search of innovation and the use of packaging materials that meet the requirements of functionality, cost-effectiveness, sustainability and quality.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Proactively support and contribute to manage the end-to-end process of products packaging
• Verify packaging materials and their use, also through the relevant tools and techniques
• Ensure support to other departments to manage projects related to the packaging development and its production
• Validate packaging components through tests, assessing conformity and issuing validation
• Create and follow the protocols in the R&D Packaging department; define new processes and implement existing ones as needed
• Maintain and document packaging components
• Ensure that products packaging meet set requirements and specifications

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience within the same role in structured and international cosmetic companies;
• Scientific or technical academic background (nice to have in Packaging field);
• Laboratory bench work experience in school or industry;
• Familiarity with common lab analytical instruments and packaging processing;
• High organizational and priority management skills;
• High interpersonal communication and relational competences;
• Strong flexible, precise and proactive attitude;
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Software (Especially Excel);
• English & Italian (both written and spoken) are mandatory.

EXPERIENCE

Previous experiences in this function or post-graduate programs related to this professional area will be considered as plus.
