THE MISSION 
Arlene Reynolds, our COO, is looking for a Global Project Manager to join their team as Scalapay grows.  This role is based in Dublin where we’ll expect to see you often, however we are open to you working remotely regularly. We like to think that we're pretty good at offering a job where you can thrive and that fits nicely into a fulfilled life. 
You will: 
- Support the roll out of new initiatives across various function in the organisation
- Support change management within the operations department to support said new initiatives
- Work with different stakeholders to ensure a successful and on time delivery of projects / new lines of business  
- Understand the complexities of working within the financial industry
Expected key results:
In 1st month
- You are familiar with your immediate team peers and have built relationships with all other departments
- You have already developed a framework by which you will support any projects that are already in flight 
- You are starting to frame out a communication plan for all projects in your scope
In 3 months 
- You are delivering projects related to new country launches as required 
- You are the go to person for management to speak to and have the platform to communicate updates to all stakeholders
- You are sharing ways of improving the status quo in the operations department and how to make these changes  
In 6 months 
- You have a roadmap for the next 6 months and that is in line with organisational OKR’s 
- You are familiar with the workings of all departments and how best to implement change cross functionally 
- You are starting to frame out new country launches and have created a “playbook” for people to follow 
- You are sharing best practice with peers around change management and communication     
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
Must have
- Degree (Engineering or Finance is an asset)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Italian is a plus but not essential
- Hard skills: Google Analytics, Quicksights 
Nice to have 
- Experience working in the financial services industry or complicated regulatory space
- You’ve previously worked in a startup/scaleup environment where urgency meets compliance  
Soft skills
- Data-driven and organised, you like things to run like a machine 
- You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written): you are able to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas
- You’re a self-starter, autonomous & proactive: we’re looking for someone who will go and get things done, not wait for instructions
