THE MISSION
Hey you! We are looking for a Talent partner to join the People team and build the team for our Magic product, an e-commerce checkout solution set to revolutionise online shopping. Alongside the Magic leadership team, you will recruit all business roles in the UK, France, Spain and Italy.
This role can be based from Paris or Milan, we have offices there where we’ll expect you to be regularly, with remote work possible. We like to think that we're pretty good at offering a job that fits nicely into a fulfilled life for everyone. 
You will work on:
1) Recruitment Management
- you manage open positions from job brief to closing alongside the hiring managers/teams you’re working with
- you ensure an amazing candidate experience to every single candidate: you give the right info at the right time, you coach candidates through the process and offer personalised feedback
- you’re the guardian of a robust internal recruitment process, ensuring that we assess all candidates methodically and fairly
2) Sourcing
- you reach out to passive candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant networks to get them to want to join the team
- you use the latest & most useful tools and creative ideas to build a solid pipeline of talents, we’re looking for growth hackers 
- continuously improve how you source by measuring & improving everything you touch: conversion rates, response rates, etc.
3) Employer Branding
- spread our culture and values; you will drive the inbound of candidates by working on employer brand initiatives with our Marketing team: content creation, internal events, meet-ups and much more
- develop relationships with the right schools & campuses to identify & recruit the best entry-level candidates
4) Talent Development
- you are a thinking partner to the Magic team, ensuring we are building the right organisation & competencies as we grow
- you work on individual & collective development to guarantee everyone the chance to grow & thrive at Scalapay
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must have
- you have already significant experience in high volume end-to-end recruitment (end-to-end: from sourcing directly to closing), for this we expect at least 4 to 5 years of experience
- you've hired across several markets in Europe, we need an international player here
- you have previously worked in startup/scaleup environment to hit the ground running fast
- you speak and write English fluently, and at least one other language (Italian, French or Spanish): you'll be expected to assess & interact with candidates in English, and we work in English inside Scalapay
Nice-to-have 
- you've previously recruited sales profiles: the B2B sales funnel has no secrets for you!
- you’re an ATS superuser (at Scalapay we use Lever) 
Soft skills
- you have a growth hacker mindset: your Google Chrome is exploding with extensions and you’re constantly tailoring your approach messages & testing new channels
- you don’t mind uncertainty, moving priorities, tight deadlines: what is relevant in the morning might not be the same in the evening. If constant change frustrates you, you won’t be happy 
- you’re organised and data-driven: we will only scale successfully if we create and run the Talent Acquisition function as a jet fighter, not a desert caravan 
- you’re serious about making things happen, but don’t take yourself too seriously: we like to laugh and have a good time as a team
