• Work experience in project management, quality management, business management, management consulting, or similar
• Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary drive to improve status quo
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
• Fluent in German and English, every other language is a plus
