This person will be responsible for creating a pipeline of candidates via job boards and active sourcing of passive candidates. They will pre-screen the candidate’s qualifications before presenting them to the hiring manager.  What You’ll Do
  • Partner and consult with business effectively to achieve hiring results
  • Effectively assemble and execute a strong sourcing plan for the open role(s)
  • Source, assess, gather intel, and present strong candidates that match needs
  • Plan and execute on alternative sourcing efforts that will yield strong hiring results (i.e. conferences/events/competitive responses)
  • Achieve and exceed project centric hiring goals
  • Ensure that the candidate has a positive hiring experience and seamless onboarding process
  • Is a subject matter expert within their business partners environment (i.e. sales, logistics, marketing, pre-sales, trade...etc.)
  • Is able to effectively work on senior level roles within the business (Manager and above)
  • Lead/organize/execute on senior level competitive analysis (org charts/title comparables/dissecting of competitive companies...etc.)
  • Take risks on new recruiting practices that Houzz has yet to initiate; organize, manage, and execute on these efforts
  • Proactively attend business meetings to ensure recruitment stay ahead of the curve
  • Ensure ALL information is housed in the ATS
  • Ad Hoc responsibilities as needed
  • At a Minimum, We’d Like You To Have…
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience (sales recruiting experience a plus)
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, including high competencies in cross-group collaboration, people acumen and strong interpersonal skills
  • Capable of assessing, defining and implementing forward-looking business strategies within a fast-paced, ambiguous and results-oriented environment
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have…
  • Ability to conduct strong phone discussions, comp gathering, and other criteria that would set the process up for success
  • Ability to lead a requisition review and effectively gather intelligence on the role(s)
  • Ability to effectively move the candidate forward in the process (screening/interviewing/offering)
  • Ability to effectively offer and negotiate with all candidates to ensure closing of the opportunity
