We’re looking for a great technical recruiter for our TLV site (located in Azrieli), to help us shape our organization by finding great candidates and sharing our company's story, vision, culture and technology with them.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full recruitment process for technical roles at Houzz TLV: create job descriptions and specifications, screen resumes and screen interview candidates to identify technical and cultural fit
  • Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great candidate experience
  • Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns
  • Partner with sourcers, placing agencies, hiring managers, recruitment manager and leadership stakeholders to create and support an efficient and smooth recruitment process
  • Develop a good understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements
  • Track the progress of leads/candidates with great attention to detail
  • Continuously update ATS with a high level of accuracy and detail
  • Required Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical roles, including at least 2 years of in-house experience (tech company- a must, Start up company- an advantage)
  • Demonstrated track record of attracting and hiring top engineering talent in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Great candidate outreach
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment
  • Experience building short and long-term sourcing strategies
  • Proficiency in using Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Hangouts, etc.) and MS Office application
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
  • Friend and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive and can-do approach
  • Bachelor’s degree-  a must. MA degree- an advantage
