You will be responsible for……

• Develop and implement the communications strategy and content across the Human Resources organization;
• All concern Internal Communication and Engagement activities;
• Production of creativity for mobile/web sites (Banners, Templates, Newsletter);
• Updates intranet and executive messaging content. Develop and maintain means to periodically measure the effectiveness of HR communication.
• Creations, editing and reviewing of articles/contents for HR Blog;
• Optimization, monitoring and search engine placement, SEO;
• Events organization (scouting, budgeting, coordination, internal/external communication);
• Social Media management;

You...

• Have experiences in a HR-related Communications department of a worldwide company (preferred experience in Digital or IT industries);
• Have a degree in Communication, Marketing or similar;
• Speak English fluently. Any additional language is a Plus;
• Are an advanced user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word);
• Have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator);
• Have passion for new technology, advertising, new media and social media!
• The individual will be an integral member of the People Team and undertakes a very wide variety of tasks handled by the HR Team  as required as well as strong links with the Corporate Team.
