Events Coordinator - NY/LDN

You’ll be central in making sure all EDITED events run smoothly & seamlessly. You’ll be involved in every aspect of planning & organizing our events, including researching potential speakers for EDITIONS and working with our internal teams to create targeted guest lists & email campaigns.

You’ll be a key player in handling all the logistical aspects of any events that we’re involved in.  You’ll establish venue partnerships, and coordinate expectations and requirements from internal teams as well as our external partners. You’ll also be encouraged to come up with new ideas and solutions to wow our guests, whenever they interact with the EDITED brand.

We care about the details and the little things, because it’s the little things that make experiences special, so we’ll expect you to have a good eye, and to really care about detail.

Alongside events, you’ll help out with various marketing initiatives, like swag campaigns and marketing collateral. You’ll be involved in negotiating pricing with suppliers and ensuring we always receive top quality products & services.

You have:

• Minimum 1+ years of events planning experience.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills. You’re concise.
• A great eye for details.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
