(Senior) Data Analyst Customer Analytics (m/f/x)

• Measure, analyze and find ways to optimize the performance of our marketing campaigns across channels
• Analyze customer behaviour and draw actionable insights for optimizing user experience and conversion
• Manage and improve our performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation and optimization
• Analyze patterns within our target group and derive strategic recommendations based on your findings
• You will be part of a team of experienced data analysts and data scientists and you will be coached and challenged by the company’s Head of Data

• 1+ years of relevant experience in customer / marketing analytics; 3+ years of experience for the senior role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Math or Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field of studies
• Experience with customer analytics / BI tools such as Google Analytics and tracking / attribution solutions
• Strong SQL skills, additional experience with Python highly favoured
• Natural affinity towards number crunching and excitement about data science related topics
• Great communicator, you can explain complicated analyses to a 5-year-old
• Intrigued by driving your own ideas
• You know that the fun part starts out of the comfort zone
• Fluent in English, optional German
