Second Level Customer Care - Payment Specialist (m/f)

Your Tasks:

  • Be the  main contact person for our B2B payment partners (especially PayPal, payment service providers, invoice vendors)
  •  Support payment requests from the First Level
  •  Escalation of more complex customer requests and communication to Lesara's departments (such as finance, IT)
  • Processing of fraud cases with our service providers and the relevant authorities
  •  Continuous optimization of our payment processes to provide the best customer experience
  •  Weekly reporting of the KPIs and other developments
  • Further duties in the area of customer service and support

Your Profile:

  • Ideally practical work experience in the area of payment or customer care with focus on payment operations
  •  Knowledge of the tools Zendesk and Magento are advantageous
  • Prior cooperation with our payment partners PayPal, Billpay, Klarna, and / or Adyen is an advantage
  • Able to work in a team and excellent communication skills
  •  Fluent in German and competent in English
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and the willing to make a difference
