Your Tasks:- Be the main contact person for our B2B payment partners (especially PayPal, payment service providers, invoice vendors)
- Support payment requests from the First Level
- Escalation of more complex customer requests and communication to Lesara's departments (such as finance, IT)
- Processing of fraud cases with our service providers and the relevant authorities
- Continuous optimization of our payment processes to provide the best customer experience
- Weekly reporting of the KPIs and other developments
- Further duties in the area of customer service and support
Your Profile:
- Ideally practical work experience in the area of payment or customer care with focus on payment operations
- Knowledge of the tools Zendesk and Magento are advantageous
- Prior cooperation with our payment partners PayPal, Billpay, Klarna, and / or Adyen is an advantage
- Able to work in a team and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German and competent in English
- Proactive, enthusiastic and the willing to make a difference
