We are looking for a talented and data driven individual who wants to be part of our international team and make an impact on how we utilize our data internally to improve everything around product, marketing, sales and beyond.

• Act as an internal consultant to help teams build end-to-end data science solutions, including data gathering, feature engineering, cleanup, modeling and final delivery of results
• Be able to work from a business problem / product perspective, you are aware that you have to understand the users problem first before delivering a feasible solution
• Help to establish a data driven culture, be the person that helps others to be better and faster at their job by using the right information
• Establish and implement standards and processes for data quality, cleaning, normalization and visualization / reporting
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement production ready solutions

• University degree, preferably a Masters or Phd in mathematics, computer science, statistics or artificial intelligence
• You know how to translate your approaches and ideas into code with Python, R, Java or Scala
• You’re comfortable manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensional datasets
• You have experience in standard machine learning techniques and ideally worked already with advanced algorithms like neural networks
• You have experience with big data technologies like Spark, BigQuery, Cassandra or Redis
• You can share your ideas and discussions in English with others in an agile environment
• Any experience working as a business or consultant role are a plus
