The Operations Specialist will run a set of key tasks which are instrumental to ensuring a controlled, efficient and client oriented provision of investment advisory and trading. As Operations Specialist, you will own and manage a specific set of procedures necessary for the running of Moneyfarm day to day Client Operations. You will also provide support to colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the fluid running of the team. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to ensure strong and constant communication with key stakeholders of Operations: being the Investment Advisory team, Compliance, Engineering and Product across both Italy and UK locations. Responsibilities-Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments-Processing and controlling transfers of assets/cash Process ISA (Individual Savings Accounts) subscriptions and transfers-Process Pension related procedures (AML, KYC, Transfers)Processing client payments-Checking monthly bills and control production-Checking quarterly account statements and control production-Checking taxes and stamp-duty and control production-Ensuring maintenance of client KYC on systems-Ensuring correct and on-time regulatory reporting-Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems-Liaise with key stakeholders in compliance, tech and client relationship managementEssential Requirements-Experience in a similar role in Financial Services-Works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment-Strong interpersonal and influencing skills-Excellent organisational skills/ Ability to accurately perform tasks in a timely manner-Ability to work with remote teams-Digitally savvy-Sharp, eager to learn and to have an impact-Fluent in English (writing and speaking)Preferential Requirements-Prior experience in the UK market (either studying or working)-Willingness to “build” something, entrepreneurial mindset
