ProntoPro is a local-service marketplace. With 500 different services available on our platform, from plumber or wedding planer to personal trainer or web designer, ProntoPro provides the right professional for everyone.

Since our foundation in the heart of Italy’s beautiful Milan in March 2015, ProntoPro experienced huge success. Started in 2, we are now a team of about 100 people and that’s sure not the end!

We are expanding our business into Austria and Switzerland and we are looking for brilliant people helping us dominate in those markets as well as we already do in Italy.

We want to develop a product used by millions in Austria and Switzerland - can a position, working on such a project be more exciting? We thought so.

For our new office in Vienna we are now looking for people who get excited at the prospect of building a huge company that will greatly affect the lives of millions.

• You are keen on learning more about the world of HR and collaborating with people (Ideally you already have some first recruiting experience)

Your job

• You will find the best people to join ProntoPro’s new team in Vienna
• You are responsible for the talents in our team
• You will use all recruiting channels
• You will optimize the recruiting process, from drafting the job description to coordinating and handling the interviews
• You will need to help the team grow – we are now 10, can we reach 50 with you?
• You will be asked to coordinate office processes
